Quantum Care is a not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality care services to over 2,000 older people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, providing exceptional support to our residents while upholding their dignity and enhancing their daily lives in our Homes.

Weekend Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join one of our Homes on a part-time basis.

Part-time: 15 hours per week

Shift Times: 9:00am to 5:00pm

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional reception and telephone service to staff, visitors and callers.
  • Manage deliveries efficiently, ensuring goods are received by the correct recipient and not left unattended in the reception area.
  • Complete authorisation paperwork for relevant invoices and submit to the manager for approval.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the main foyer and reception areas.
  • Organise and upkeep the post room and stationery cupboard.
  • Prepare, process and bag outgoing mail daily for collection.
  • Monitor, maintain and order stationery supplies as required.
  • Undertake additional duties as agreed with or requested by the Home Manager, according to skills and competencies.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in computer programmes is essential for this role.
