Registered Care Home Manager

Salary: £74,520 per annum

Location: Willow Court Care Home, Hatfield, Hertfordshire

We’re now looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead Willow Court Care Home in Harpenden. This a 81‑bed home, set in a quiet corner or the Harpenden area. A purpose‑built home to help residents live as independently as possible. With a Good CQC rating in all areas, Willow Court is ready for a leader who can take it even further.

What we’re looking for:

• Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
• Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
• Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
• Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
• Above all, a compassionate, forward‑thinking approach to care

As Home Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Greenacres — guiding your team to deliver exceptional care, building meaningful relationships with residents and families, and ensuring the home thrives as both a caring community and a successful business.
