Quantum Care is a not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality care services to over 2,000 older people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We are committed to providing compassionate support, preserving dignity, and enhancing the everyday lives of our residents within our Homes.

Position: Care Assistant

Hours: Various – Full-time and Part-time available

Shifts: 7:30am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–9:30pm

Availability: Weekdays and alternate weekends required

Who we are looking for

• No prior experience in a care setting is necessary. If you are empathetic, have a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills, our comprehensive training will equip you with everything you need.
• You will provide compassionate and respectful care, meeting the physical, emotional and social needs of older people.
• Access to outstanding induction and ongoing training, including opportunities to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.
• Availability to work shifts in a 24/7, 365-day environment, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Applicants must be aged 18 years or over.
