Registered Nurse

Full Time, Part Time, Flixible and Permenant roles available

We are looking for a team of enthusiastic adult qualified registered nurses to start our journey into nursing for older people in this wonderful new spacious and modern nursing care home. As a Nurse you will:

• Have a current NMC registration with evidence of CPD, as well as experience of working in a care home.
• Be responsible for achieving the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Staff Members.
• Provide direction and nursing support for the care team.
• Provide the development and delivery of consistently high quality clinical and care services for residents with complex health and social care needs.
• Maintain high standards in all documentation and person-centred care plans.
• Have an awareness of regulatory and safeguarding standards and expectations with regards to the safety of vulnerable adults.
• Adhere to all appropriate NMC guidelines/regulations at all times.
