We are now seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead one of our homes and inspire excellence in care.

What we’re looking for:

• Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
• Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
• Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
• Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
• Above all, a compassionate, forward‑thinking approach to care

What you’ll do:

As Home Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our home:

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding practices
• Oversee budgets and performance to keep the home thriving
• Create a caring community where residents feel valued and respected
