We are seeking a team of enthusiastic adult Nurse qualified Clinical Manager to provide oversight of our residential nursing care provision for older people in a wonderful spacious and modern home at Melwood Grange Care Home in Royston. A luxury, 73 bed purpose-built care home set in the Hertfordshire countryside, Melwood Grange offers exceptional care in stylish surroundings, with premium facilities including a cinema, café, hair and beauty salon, and beautifully landscaped gardens. As a Clinical Manager, you will coordinate the assessment, management and care of residents with long-term and complex health conditions, ensuring safe, high quality care while helping to reduce avoidable hospital admissions.
