Care Team Manager

Contract: Full Time – Perm     

Hour: 37 hours per week

Pay: £16.56 per hour weekdays & £17.56 per hour weekends

Shift Times: 7am to 2.30pm/2pm to 9.30pm – Weekdays and alternative Weekends

Location: Whiteway, Off Radburn Way, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 2PP

We are seeking a Care Team Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team at Garden City Court Care Home in Letchworth Garden City. Garden City Court is a welcoming 75-bed residential care home where collaboration, compassion, respect, and person-centred care are at the heart of everything we do, creating a supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.

As a Care Team Manager, you will lead with compassion, inspire the team and make a real difference every day. Turn your passion for care into leadership and help create exceptional moments for residents every day.

What You’ll Bring

• Level 3 Diploma in Care
• Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Leading the home with confidence, ensuring all services meet company policies and National Care Standards Commission requirements.
• Taking an active role in care and housekeeping duties, always promoting dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Overseeing domestic operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Upholding our Equal Opportunities policy in every aspect of your work.
• Inspiring and motivating your care team by setting a positive, professional example.
• Enhancing residents’ quality of life while keeping the home running smoothly day to day.
