We are seeking an experienced Regisered Home Manager to lead our 'Outstanding' rated dementia specialist Care Home in Hoddesdon. A award winning 85 bed residential home with beautiful maintained gardens, exceletn facilities and exceptional quality care from a dedicated team committed to enriching residents lives.

As Home Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Belmont View — maintaining its outstanding quality and care, with residents and staff at the heart of its purpose. 


What we are looking for and What you'll do:

  • Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
  • Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
  • Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
  • Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
  • Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
  • Experience with delivery of high end luxury styled care provision management
  • Above all, a compassionate, forward‑thinking approach to care
