Role: Finance Business Partner

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £57,000 per annum plus £5,500 Car Allowance

Location: Head Office, Welwyn Garden City, Regular travel across Hertfordshire

Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex.

We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team and work closely with our Operations colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high‑quality business partnering service to Care Home Managers and the wider Regional Team, driving financial performance and strengthening commercial decision‑making.
• Provide insightful analysis of daily, weekly and monthly financial information and KPIs, ensuring Home Managers and Regional Teams have the clarity they need to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to enhance financial compliance and controls within the homes, supporting teams to understand the importance of these processes while helping Finance appreciate operational constraints and adapt processes where appropriate.

 About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• A full driving licence and the ability to travel regularly across our portfolio.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to interrogate, refine and interpret large datasets.
• Experience within a Finance department or Care Home business (desirable).
• Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner (essential).
